More About Me
A little background information about me and my professional experience in the Bay Area housing and real estate market, which spans over three decades.

My career began in 1986 with the City of Berkeley Housing and Community Development Department. During my tenure, I was involved in several major projects that shaped the local community, including:

- The William Byron Rumford Plaza Development: The ground-up construction of affordable housing.
- The Fourth Street Redevelopment Project: An initiative that transformed an industrial section of West Berkeley into a thriving retail destination.
- Public Housing Development: The creation of 61 units across 13 scattered sites, including Sojourner Truth Court, all featuring disabled access.
- The D&E Houses: The rehabilitation of vacant homes in West Berkeley for sale to first-time home buyers.
- Senior/Disabled Loan Program: Providing essential home repairs to qualified homeowners.
- Rental Rehabilitation Program: Managing the rehabilitation of units for the Section 8 Program.

These foundational experiences cemented my passion for helping individuals achieve homeownership, leading me to obtain my Real Estate license. Since then, I have been a Top Producer, specializing in complex transactions such as trustee sales, conservatorships, probates, short sales, protected tenant-occupied properties, and 1031 exchanges.

I obtained my Real Estate Broker's License in 2018 and hold several professional designations, including:

- Member of the National and California Associations of Realtors
- Certified Broker Pricing Specialist
- Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist
- REO & Short Sale Specialist
- Associated Real Property Brokers – Realist

I am committed to providing the specialized knowledge and expertise required in today’s competitive market to help my clients achieve the best possible outcomes.

I look forward to meeting and working with you.
